Overview

ONZL has been supporting organisations in the telecommunications industry since its inception in 2005 as well as clients in the NZ ICT, Electricity and Education sector. Chances are if you are viewing this website we have been recommended to you.

We are often described by our clients as providing the “glue” that holds their organisation together – the clients Board and Manager determine their direction, and we co-ordinate with members and key stakeholders to help deliver their strategy, as well as providing their full back office support and infrastructure.

We are small enough to remain focused on our clients goals, but large enough to provide the wide range of skill sets required. We immerse ourselves in the organisation and take ownership of tasks: their success is our success. Our model has been described as “embedded outsourcing”, we provide the skills and resources clients need in the quantities and timeframe they need them – once we are given a task, we take care of it.

“Embedded outsourcing” is the best of both worlds, it is not as divorced from your business as normal outsourcing but it offers the outsourcing benefits of being more cost effective and much less effort than the direct employment model.
